Junior Documentation Specialist

You will prepare, update, and structure technical documentation for medical device projects in accordance with customer requirements, medical device regulations, and quality management standards. You will analyze and revise existing documentation, convert documents into standardized templates, and work closely with our development, testing, and systems teams to ensure documentation remains accurate, consistent, and up to date.

• Preparation, update, and structuring of technical documentation according to customer requirements
• Analyzing and revising existing documentation
• Converting and aligning documents into standardized templates
• Working with Excel spreadsheets (document tracking, data completion, and consistency checks)
• Collaborating with development, testing, and systems teams
• Ensuring quality and consistency of documentation
• Supporting the creation of new documents based on technical inputs

• Hands-on experience in the medical device industry – by working on projects governed by MDR (Medical Device Regulation)
