IT Infrastructure Segment Specifications

Multiple hundred-gigabit domains are today’s state of the art.

The primary function of IT infrastructure modules is to provide packet filtering and network protection while achieving a data throughput of several hundred Gb per second. 

As the main core of a module, a high-class FPGA is often used. It is usually equipped with high-speed signal processing blocks.  

We work with Altera FPGA components (part of Intel today) and Xilinx (part of AMD today) for the FPGA used in the high-speed design.

Consilia has a team of engineers who can develop IT infrastructure modules for you from the  concept to the production phase. We can offer you initial analysis and concepts, including performance simulations.

Our digital engineers have high expertise in the selection of the right components. They are experienced in using them in circuit diagrams according to their datasheet specification and application notes.

Our PCB layout engineers have experience in creating complex PCB designs for more than 15 years.

Consilia can also arrange the PCBs' production, assembly, and testing—for both prototype series and higher quantity production.

Our Experience in IT Infrastructure

We have developed 400 Gbps IT infrastructure modules.

Our team of engineers has developed several IT infrastructure modules, where the fastest ones achieve a data throughput of 400 Gbps.

Our PCB layout engineers have created a PCB layout for these products based on the circuit diagram provided by the customer.  

We also conducted a thermal analysis and designed an appropriate cooling block. We have arranged the production of the PCB series and customized mechanical parts.

We develop various parts of the IT infrastructure as a service.
