Deep Dive Into the Industry
The primary function of IT infrastructure modules is to provide packet filtering and network protection while achieving a data throughput of several hundred Gb per second.
As the main core of a module, a high-class FPGA is often used. It is usually equipped with high-speed signal processing blocks.
We work with Altera FPGA components (part of Intel today) and Xilinx (part of AMD today) for the FPGA used in the high-speed design.
We can offer:
- initial analysis and concepts, including performance simulations,
- selection of the right components,
- circuit diagrams,
- creating complex PCB designs (experience for more than 15 years).
Consilia can also arrange the PCBs' production, assembly, and testing—for both prototype series and higher quantity production.
We have created a PCB layout for these products based on the circuit diagram provided by the customer. We also conducted a thermal analysis and designed an appropriate cooling block.
