Although the automation market segment is not new, there has been significant movement in the past few years.

In the past, the automation systems were rather local, driven by a PLC, single microcontroller, or industrial PC. Nowadays, the trend is to send data to clouds for better sharing and distribution to the supervisors. It helps further post-processing, analysis, and optimization of the process. It improves productivity.

As various industry segments make use of automation, we also implement several interfaces and protocols.  

In the industrial segment, we can offer automation systems with standard physical interfaces (both hardware and software stack), e.g., RS-485, RS-232, GPIB, CAN, I2C, and SPI. These systems are often supported by microcontrollers and requested by automated systems, displays, sensors, and actuators.

When coming up to higher layers, we base on standard protocols from the networking world like UDP, TCP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, and WebSocket.

If the IoT (Internet of Things) is of interest, we can offer you modern methods using, e.g., MQTT broker-client architecture.

Introducing New Automation Systems to Your Company

Should you want to introduce an automation system to your company, we can guide you to find the best solution. We select an existing product or develop a customized solution according to your needs.  

Extending or Redesigning the Existing Automation Process 

If you are running some existing automation process and you would like to extend it, renew, or redesign, we are here for you. We can analyze your requirements and differences from the current system specification. Then we offer you a renewal, improvement, or optimization of your automation system.

Production of Automation Components 

If you are a producer of automation components, we can design a new product for you. The product may either fit your existing product family or start a new product family.

In the past few years, we have developed a PLC based on Arduino and a few automation systems based on embedded ARM SoM components. The systems are equipped either with Linux or with the real-time OS.

We have also been developing test and measurement cards. Cards fit the PCs in production, including hardware modules and software drivers supporting the newest known technologies. 

We are also active in PLC systems programming, especially for the systems from Phoenix Contact.
