RF Engineer

As an RF engineer, you will work on the development of various radio and microwave devices, modules, and circuits.

The work includes the design of the overall concept, simulation of individual blocks, implementation on PCB, measurement of prototype properties, and preparation of output documentation.

• Development of RF power amplifiers (mainly) in UHF-Band.
• Development of RF receivers in UHF-Band, S-Band, X-Band, Ku-Band, Ka-Band.

• Teamwork on project concepts - One-man-show is not quite our style.
• Simulation of RF circuit models in EM tools - Simulations are the foundation.
• Concept implementation and simulations on PCBs - How else to try it out?
• Testing and measuring prototypes - See if it doesn't get smoky.
• Deploying to production - An exciting activity, sometimes with some traveling involved.
• Communication with international customers and manufacturing - Not everything is self-explanatory.
• Cross-disciplinary collaboration with other teams - Even RF technology can't work without DSP, FPGAs, Embedded Software, and Linux Software.

• At least a basic knowledge of RF techniques and theory - Don't worry, we won't test you on Maxwell's equations, and you can learn the rest with us.
• A desire to push the state of the art a little further - Our creations change with the times, and you can rarely buy something like this on Aliexpress.
• Knowledge of English in words and writing - At least communicative basics to get along with the customer and accommodation at the hotel. We offer opportunities to improve your English with us.
• Knowledge of German is an advantage - Some of our customers are from Germany and like to chat over a beer in the evening. We offer opportunities to improve your German.
• Driving license no. B is an advantage - We often transport our customers in the EU by car, but we are not opposed to the comfort of the train.
